Fog Light question

Hi All,

I have 98 Maxima GXE without stock fog lights. I want to install them. I can get oem kit for $227 or find aftermarket one. Which one is better? Any suggestions for aftermarket fog light kit? Thank you.

Do you want to look good, or see good? The OEM kit will look good, but they aren't very functional. A decent aftermarket setup will help your night vision much much more.

I want to see well. I almost don't care how it will look in front. What good aftermarket setup can you suggest? Thank you for your help.

I'm thinking of getting the PIAA 1100x.

These are driving lights, not fog lights.
