need help locating EVAP valve...FAST!!!

Is it the longitudinaly placed cylinder looking thing, attached by 2 bolts to the front part of the black box, located on the rear left side of the car?

Yep that is it, you will probably will need to change that "black box" (Canister) too. I had the error light come on on the dash, and found to be that. I think the parts are around 70 bucks for both. Unfortantely when I took the error code reading I didn't know what it was and brought it to the dealer. Well they replaced these two parts and charged me $160 labor. Sucks cause if i knew this would have changed it myself Good luck!!

Ok thanks. I got impatient, and removed the valve already.

What is the cleaning process that everyone used to get rid of the code? I just sprayed carb clener in there, and WD40.

Sorry can't help you there about cleaning, dunno. But to remove the Service Engine Soon code, there is a sticky at the top. Pretty easy to do

The code that I got was

0215 = EVAP canister vent control valve closed

Nissan replaced both the sensor and canister then reset the ecu

I sprayed it, and reset the ECU. We'll see in a couple of days if it worked.
