VG30E internal parts swap???

I have a VG30E engine (in my z31 ZX) and would like to know if the internal parts (cams/pistons/rods) can be swapped from ANY other Nissan (or other engine for that matter) to help performance wise? (Increase compression ratio, etc..)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Here's exactly what you asked for...I put up this page recently.

One of my web pages
While on that page, click home and you will see a set of pages about an intake plenum mod I make and sell a few of.
