i just got a '03 maxima and wanted to say hi. i traded in a '99 contour svt and to a certain degree glad i made the decision. is there anything you guys would recommend getting/doing to her right away without voiding the extended warranty? thanks in advance.

a clear bra...the main complaint of all maxima owners is the shoddy paint on our cars...

There is no such thing as a ENTIRE body bra, so I say save your money for a new paint job.

Tint all the windows and add FSTB and RSB like everyone else said, also add some nice rims.

Dress up the interior a lil bit, add some clear corners.

Just get a tint, fstb, RSB (RSB definitely makes a difference and you will feel it ASAP) and enjoy the ride for a while .

 

congrats on the ride and welcome to the site.... be GLAD you got rid of the contour i owned a svt contour before my max and have never regreted it, i had way way too many probs with the contour!!!

 

what??...I only have paint chips on my hood...you really have paint chips all over your car??

 

oh yeah..and I'd get rid of those taillights...if I were you I would swap them out with some tails from like a 2000 GXE.
