New mod installed

I installed a generic cone filter in place of my stock airbox. I can feel the 5 extra horses raging to the pavement!

I took a bunch of pics for a "how-to" write up as well.

Need more light on those pictures. Ben you need to get a flash for your camera or stop doing your mods at midnight.

That was the flash on my digicam...

I think I still had it set to it's lowest setting though. I'll get more pics after work today.

And it wasn't midnight, it was 8:30

Maybe I'm just being stupid, but is it me, or does that filter not look oiled? I've seen filters with blue, green, or red oil (red is most common). But I've never seen a white oiled filter.

It's not oiled. All the generic AutoZone filters are like that. I have some K&N oil that I'm going to put on it though.

Looks good. How does it sound? I'm thinking about doing something to my intake this spring just not sure what yet (something cheap though). I'd like to see the how-to write up.
