now since i bought my max used and the orginal owners lost the owner's manaul.. i have a a very newbie question.. i have 3 buttons on my visor (sorry, not sure what its called) can some1 explain to me what those 3 buttons do?

 

That is your Homelink, basically a built in garage door opener that you can program to your current openers settings.
