i've already decided i'm not going to reduce my visiblity on the road by getting those blue tinted headlights. and to save money, i've already decided on getting Sylvania Cool Blues or Phillips BlueVision. For the looks though, i want to know which is a whiter white.

I've read a lot of comparisions between the BV and PIAAs but not really between the BV and CB. can anyone help? thanks
