Problem with Heater/AC fan speed control

I have a 95MAX SE, I have a manual heater/AC fan control. For some strange reason, it works only at one speed, the full speed it's too noisy and anoying I need to be able to control the fan speed. Please help.

Buy a new resistor for the heater fan. This is a common problem, and it is an easy DIY job.

It's usually a dealer only item as well...
