2k3 GLE - Should I get spoiler

This is really 50/50 question. Now car looks kind of unfinished. The same time spoiler makes this car look "cheaper" - everybody has spoiler(corollas, civic's..). I have car for a month already and still can't decide. What do you think? I wish I could say: I like it, or hate it.

Very few cars are out there that I would not prefer with some kind of spoiler or maybe just trunk lid 'lip'. Obviously I am not talking outrageous ricer crap, just something to finish the look.

I know if my AE did not have one from the factory, it would have had one put on before I drove it home.

Yeah - the Maxima spoiler is not ricey.
Also I like the brake light assembly on the spoiler much better than the center mounted one on the inside.

I think Max looks kinda incomplete without one.

The only dis-advantage to having a spoiler is when u clean the Max -- its a little more difficult to get the water out from under the spoiler - not a big deal though.

Spoilers are nice...but I bought a GLE for the luxury look and feel and didn't want to have a spoiler on it. Wanted to keep it different!

Its really a personal choice, but a majority of the Maximas that I have seen have spoilers.

This is always a tough question. From certain angles it looks good with the spoiler and from other angles it looks better without. I'd say get it, I like mine.

I agree the 00-03 the spoiler does wonder for it, it matches the shape of the car so well.

I don't think that the spoiler on the Max makes it look cheaper. I think it ties in to the back end pretty good. But, then again, I am biased because I have a spoiler. My brother-in-law bought his 2K2 GLE without a spoiler before I got my SE and I really didn't care for it without the spoiler. I think the spoiler completes the rear of the Maxima. It looks like it belongs there.
Spoilers are not for all cars. For example, I laugh every time I see a Camry with a spoiler. It looks like an after thought on the car.

na, don't bother.

The wheels make the GLE look classier than the SE, it looks good without the spoiler. I wish they offered it in a 6 speed, I would have got the GLE instead...but I needed a manual.

Spoiler finishes off the Maximas rear end, it looks naked without it. They did a good job on the Ionic one

i just got a spoiler installed on my 2k2 GLE a few weeks ago. I love it - looks so much better in my opinion. it just finishes off the rear end i think.
