'97 Headlights will fit on a '96???

Hey, will the 1997 Maxima headlights fit on a 1996 SE? I like the more clear cut style and wanted to do a little conversion. Also, how hard would it be to change the headlight housing? Thanks in advance.

It is a direct swap and is easy to do.
