Well, as the title reads my steering wheel vibrates when the car is not moving. Say for instance my car is at a red light my steering wheel shakes and I can feel it in the drivers and passanger seats, I was thinking my battery might have something to do with it but before I replace my battery I wanted to ask you guys what you think the problem might be. It aggravates the hell out of me and I looking to eliminate the problem quickly.

I have a digital dash and it does not show any number but the cells are below 1. I am getting a tune up this month. When I was moving the car recently and it started vibrating I saw the lights dim what would that represent.

if the lights dim, it could be the battery or your alternator starting to go bad.
