You can get them here.
http://www.ngkwholesale.com/
Courtesy Distributing

There is flat shipping of $6 anywhere in the US.

NGK Iridium IX
BKR5EIX-11 Stock#5464 - stock heat range for 4th Gen 95-99.
BKR6EIX-11 Stock#3764 - 1 Step colder.

You will need 6 for your Maxima.

They do sell Denso iriduim plug, but I didn't get a price quote. Anyway, NKG ones are cheaper.

Just wanted to bring this thread back to the surface

I was also wondering how this compare with the Denso iridium on the market. The price is definitely right. I'm thinking about order a bunch for my other cars too.

Wow.... You sure did DIG for this one. lol I was the second person to reply to this sucker way back when and have become a little more informed since then. I would say that the performance differences between the NGK Iridium's and Denso Iridium's are none. And that the NGK Iridium's peform just as good if not slightly better (any gains will be small if any though, and could be just the difference from a old plug to a new plug) than the NGK Platinums. Also, the Iridiums will need to be replaced more often than the Platinums. I would say around 35k, or at least that is what I remember from talking to the NGK reps, and Nissan reps.

What do I use?? Well, I just put my first set of NGK Iridiums in my 98 yesterday, and will be going to the track tomorrow to see if I can better my times

I used the NGK Iridiums, Platinums, Coppers, and Bosch +4's before in my old 96 SE. Allways looking for that edge that will never really be found in spark plugs for a Maxima LOL

Oh, and the price on the Iridium's went up to 6.40.

I am doubting that you will get a gain over the stock platinums, unless they were old.

Yeah... they were old, 60k on them, but I really am not counting on the new plugs to better my times. I am counting on better driving by me, and better track conditions and weather.

People sell the NGK Iridium as much as the Denso Iridium. Check groupbuycenter.com

Anyone else bought from Courtesy Distributing lately?

I found out something when I called that wholesale shop that sells the NGK platinums for $6.40 each. He said that is for the single platinum. The double platinums sell for $11.70 each. there is a difference between the two so be aware of this when getting such a good deal at these wholesaler...I ended up just getting mine from the dealer for $8.80 each.

If you can feel the difference, you can charge people using your dynobutt 2002.
