Since 5th gen. have dual stage intake, do you really need aftermarket intake?

I was thinking, do those intakes, like Stillen, JWT, CAI, do those really give more power over stock 5th gen. intakes?
I mean, it is dual stage, so I am very reluctant about getting an intake. I'm not sure if the power increase is as solid as the 4th gens.

Yeah I think there are gains to be had. The dual stage manifold is a good thing but it doesn't really have to much to do w/ the airbox design. Actually the Y2k might benefit MORE w/ the cone or CAI intake. If Nissan did some serious improvements in their airbox design, then gains might be small or none. But usually the stock airbox is fairly restrictive to get the noise levels down and make the paper filter live a decent amount of time.

Reduction of noise is probably the main goal in the design of the stock air box. So getting rid of it and adding an intake would make a difference. The dual stage intake runners would, as Jeff92se mentioned, probably benefit from it.
