So this dumbfu*k in a 3rd gen Maxima(could have been any other car) is behind me on a 4-lane road(2 lanes each direction and a center median). He is taling me from the start so I floor it. I know how many dumba**es can't drive for **** in that area so I was very careful. The guy in the Max goes to the left lane and is on my rear door at this point when I am looking ahead and this yellow van decides to make a right turn on a red light at the intersection. The van made the turn and is now on thw left lane(where the other Max is). The Max went to the center median to avoid rear-ending the van and then went back to the left lane. He is in front of me as I slowed down to stay away from this punk. I am just keeping my distance and looking at him, and the worst thing happens. 100-150 feet in front of him, this lady started to cross the street and I am thinking "he gonna hit her, he is going hit her" He came 1 foot or less from striking that woman.

This SOB almost got wrecked twice in less than a minute. Why? Trying to show off? Would he have done that if I wasn't driving a Maxima myself? I hope we don't have members like this on our board, but there are always some bad apples.

Thanks for reading, I just had to let it out.

Sorry to hear that. I myself had a small incident. I was coming home from New Hampshire and then two guys in a 240SX around my age was riding on my tail. I was like "wtf?" and I took off. All of a sudden he floors it. I could hear his exhaust. I don't understand whether if he was trying to tell me he sweat Nissans too or was he trying to impress upon the Civic that was behind them.

I hate tailgaters!!

it's sad that people don't have enough respect for those around them, that they put others at risk as well as themselves. You wanna drive like an ***? Fine, go find a track somewhere, but don't put innocent people at risk because you need to show off, ya know? I hate people like that, although, I'm probably guilty of it myself sometimes too, who knows.

Scary story, but could you do us a favor and not use the words "a$$hole" and "venting" in the same sentence anymore?
Thanks... I just had to let that out! :-)
