Does roof wind deflector cut noise???

Does the roof wind deflector actually cut noise when sunroof is open?

I like roof open, but don't like the noise. If anyone has added one, please let me know how it worked out.
Thanks

It's quiet when the roof is slid all the way back. It's noisy when just flipped up.

Yes, and it turns your sunroof into an exhaust fan when open just a little bit.

How hard is it to install/remove? I'd like to use it in summer, take off in winter.

not hard at all... just loosen up 2 screws and take it off.

One more thing though... I got my deflector about 3 weeks ago, and when i took it off to wash the car last weekend, it had already left a mark where the rubber touches the paint... it came off w/ waxing tho. I suggest you put a good layer of wax around that area before u put it on.

Did you have a OEM one??? The OEM one works. I don't know about aftermarket. When the roof is slide all the way back, it's really nice! Down side is that you can't blast air in to the car anymore.
