My check engine light is on ECU 11 01, need help locating Inhibitor Switch

I have a 1995 GLE, my check engine light came on yesterday, car still runs fine, nothing has changed. Well checked ECU code and it was 11 01, which is the inhibitor switch. Ive noticed that sometimes when i turn my key in the ignition to start it, sometimes it starts up immediately, sometimes there is a second delay in the key turn and the car starting. I assume that is what the inhibitor switch is doing wrong. My friend suggested taking it off and cleaning it. My question is....Where exactly is the inhibitor switch located? Does anybody have a diagram on how to get to it? Any help greatly appreciated...

1101 is the park/neutral position switch. It located under the hood. If your are on the front of your car. Is on the right side, for easy way if you can see the cable that goes to the tranny shift cable...you will find 2 connectors. a big one and other small. IS exactly beside of the transaxle mount IF you have haynes manual its chapter 7 part B. illustration 6.2
