Well, my right foot got me in trouble again. Damnit! I'm so fuc%in' stupid. I'm heading down to San Diego, from LA, to see my g/f. I'm going between 100-125mph, don't worry no one was on the road. Still, no way should I be going that fast - especially at night, full limo tint, no radar detector, and being black passing through Orange County, but I hadn't seen my girl in a minute so... The cop was kinda cool cause he dropped my speed to 95 in a 65. I guess he could've arrested me for reckless. Funny thing is I heard his partner yell something like, "I can't even see inside there, looks like some kinda gangsta car..." in a Garth Brooks hick voice. Needless to say, he ticketed me for my tint as well. Sucked big time until I got home! _

Couple of questions though:
1.) How much do you think the fine will be? $300?
2.) Can I go to traffic school or is the speed too high?
3.) Why the hell do people driving slower than those wanting to pass refuse to move to the right? Just wonderin'.

 

In MD my friend got caught doing 20 over and he went to court and got an appointed class to take so I'd guess 30 over is the same. His class was about eight hours and $65(don't quote me though) after that I'm not to sure on how the point system goes after that. since there was no fine on the ticket I suppose you'll have to go to court, I think you can probably ask for the class assignment there, I'll be going next month to court for my $500 reckless driving ticket (ouch! ) sucks to have to shell out $500 but I was racing so I'll have to pay! good luck! In MD, usually a 25 over the limit is $135, but then again you were going faster so you can't be to sure.....good luck!
