Budget b-pipe?

I have been looking into buying a b-pipe and I had a few questions. Anyone have the Budget b-pipe? Is it any good? Ive heard that a b-pipe is just a b-pipe and any will do. what difference is there between resonator and no resonator?
Thanks in advance and for not telling me to search

The resonater will make it quieter, I am going to be buying one in the summer. I'm going to get the budget Y-pipe also, haven't heard any bad issues with that. It's just mandrel bent piping like you said, go ahead and get it. Don't know if it'll fit any other Y-Pipe beside Budget though...unless you already got it.

I have the budget y-pipe and the b-pipe is mandrel bent. I love my budget y-pipe. no rattles, or nasty noise, and gobs of power, something else about my exhaust: I've also heard it's not necessary to remove my catlytic converter and replace it with a high flow pipe or a straight pipe because it yields almost no gains. Any thoughts?

I've read the gains are negligible (~1 hp?) Who's really going to feel that?
I have Budget's b-pipe and I have no complaints about it. The workmanship is very good. Mind you, I did have to bend a metal "plate" a bit to prevent the b-pipe from banging against the spare tire well. The banging used to happen when I cornered (left turns only) hard while on slightly rough roads. Maybe my rubber exhaust hangers had stretched?
