anyone want to help me out with a smoke problem?

when my car sits for a couple hours, I get a pretty deacent amount of smoke from the exhaust for a couple seconds, then it goes away. Sounded to me like a valve seal, but the smoke appears white. My coolant leval is not low and iol is fine. Any idea what this could be? Please help out. I am eagar to fix this problem.

White smole from the exhaust could indicate coolant entering the combustion chamber - this is normally a result of a leaking/blown head gasket & can be a fairly expensive (read: labor intensive) repair.

Do you also notice white smoke behind the car while you are driving? Maybe have a friend follow you & look for the same. This should be addressed soon.

At your next oil-change, have a look at the oil you drain out of the pan - if it is milky-brown, or you can see coolant in it, this may be your problem.
