This is crazy, the ones on ebay are up to 73.00 with 2 days left. If that keeps up, they won't be cheap.

For bumper lenses that is crazy. Give it a couple weeks, they'll be selling for 35 bucks on ebay after all the morons finish paying $80+. I have a question for you. I am selling my CVA-1000 to get the 1005. How much did you pay for yours? And where did you get that cover for the slot right underneath to cover the pocket or whatever was there? Thanks.

I paid 900 for the unit when it first came out, I worked at Circuit City. The cover came with the wood kit, I had to use it because I lost my pocket. I had a double-din Kenwood before.

Hey NUGE, that's not cool to be saying that kind of stuff about someones Max or website that they take pride in. I went to his site and the pictures seem to be fine with me.

Hey nuge, your car looks better. I'm sure your car is not standing in one place for 5 months like mine.

they're not even out yet guys, hold yer horses. anyone stupid enough to pay over 70 bucks for a pair of these is just that. i don't like the pricing game this company is playing with this item; just figure your cost add your profit and sell the darn things already. what the market will bear pricing doesn't show any consideration for the customer. so a big FU to procarparts I won't ever be a customer of yours.

diamond cut refers to the pattern which yields a sparkling effect from what you can see on ebay. the fact that they're diamond cut is a ridiculous concept to use if you're trying to justify the stupidity in paying more than 70 bux for a pair of lenses which you're not even buying from an OEM. everyone wants the newest/latest and that's the only reason the price is that high. they don't actually have diamonds in them or use diamonds to cut the pattern OK. i really don't care that much, just the way this company is trying to set their prices leaves a lot to be desired, all they care about is making as much as possible on the item - that's not the type of dealer i want anything to do with. Procarparts Sucks BIGTIME!
