all i have to say is wow, ive drivin alot of cars and today i had to travel 50 miles and deliver a 1999 maxima GXE ive delivered or picked up so far every maxima, but this one idk it was bone stock and fast as hell, i was racing a lincoln LS and no contest today, ive driven some nivce fast second gens but this is the only one oi can compare it to to my original max, tho i blieve it has a governer, because for some reason it didn not for any reason wanna go faster than 120mph aceeleratio all the way up too 120 but didnt wanna go my first max struggled the last 10 mph but still hit about 125 buried needle as i said before, wow all i kno is as soon as i get the money again im gettin anothre maxima, prolly another second gen but till then i'll jus wait n drive all the hot cars at work

I believe full cuts off on those cars at 120. There is a guy with a 5th gen that has had the same problem.

yup governor sucks on the gxes, once its off or you drive the se 140+
