Right after i start my car in the mornings it has a pretty bad miss at idle. it misses bad enough sometimes to kill the engine. I don't know whether its an injector, a valve, a timing, or an air sensor problem. Also after i've been running it hard it will have a loss of power right after i takeoff from a stop sign at about 1-1500 rpm then it will pick back up and go. what could it be?

Sounds like you need to tune up your car and check the ECU for error codes. Also you might want to check your timing to make sure your not to far advanced or retarded on timing.
