No the RVM is just as small as the U/R the only difference is that the RVM weighs .3lbs more the the U/R.
It depends what you already have and how many miles you got.
If you are starting out bone stock, then I would suggest different things.
There isn't much point to make significant changes to the suspension without first improving the tires, because everything reacts through the tires.
Beyond that, everything then reacts through the frame. So a front strut tower is a good starting point.
Getting front camber and toe alignments dialed in does wonders for the steering response.
