What is the difference between the SP vs. EVO models? For normally aspirated (non-turbo) cars there is no major difference in our GReddy SP and EVO systems. Except the styling in the out side appearance (and most EVO systems have the piping diameter stepped up a size right by the muffler section). Generally the systems sound identical to each other. On non-turbo cars, with the exception of the EVOs being 1-1.5dba s louder (undetectable by the human ear) the internal construction of both systems are almost identical. All GReddy systems use our unique straight though design. However for turbo cars, there can be a big difference in piping diameters and pipe routing. Although again the internal construction is the virtually the same the turbo Evo systems are designed to try to maximize flow.

The above info is from www.greddy.com under the technical section.
