doesnt make no sense...2.4 and 14.66
doesnt make no sense...2.4 and 14.66
So I went to STEELE yesterday.
Best of the day was a 14.66 with a 2.4 60 foot.
The track was cold and I didn't get any traction all night. I usually hit 2.2s on my 60' all the time. I didnt hit it at all last night. 2.3s were my norm. Even if I didnt spin at the line I would still spin starting at about 4000 rpm all the way to red line in first gear.
I tried to throttle back a few times...nothing worked
i couldnt not spin
so based on a 2.4 with a 14.6 i figure my car is capable of 14.3 in optimal conditions
i mean a 2.2 is a 14.4 right there and i have heard that .1 on the 60 foot is equal to .2 or more off your 1/4 mile time.
**(I almost forgot, IT ACTUALLY SNOWED FOR A FEW MINUTES)
so i guess ill have to stop guessing and try to get to the track more so I can drive my car under the best conditions.

This is the second time I have been to the track with mods. Last time being mid-summer. I need to go a bit more I think.
