Just dynoed my car today!

Well I wasn't planning on it for quite sometime but my roomie went today to dyno his Max today so I figure WTH. Here are the numbers and I'll try to post pics of the chart soon:

First Run: (3rd Gear)
Max Power: 181.8
Max Torque: 187.9

Second Run: (4th Gear)
Max Power: 177.6
Max Torque: 186.4

My Mods 98 Max 5spd w/ ~69000 miles: Pop w/ midpipe, hyper-ground kit(which shouldn't help much), budget ypipe, wpspd metallic cat, obx exhaust.

Another thing i found was that from 3500 rpm on I'm running rich, the tech told me that I can lean it out with a S-AFC can that would increase 10-12 hp. Debating if that is correct and if so is it worth doing.

Also have another question, what is our rev limiter on a stock 98 ecu? I thought it was right around 6500 rpm? The reason I ask is because my tach is about 200-300 rpm off from what the dyno said, when they dynoed it to redline on both gears, it didn't hit rev limiter so I'm wondering if the rev limiter is around 6800 rpm or so.
If this is true does that me I can take it a little pass redline?

On my 98SE 5 speed I dynoed at 172 HP and 184 TQ in 4th gear only. I had a JWT Hybrid, Y, RT CAT and that's it. So, assuming all other things being equal, the difference between my 98 SE and yours is the catback exhaust. That would suggest that the catback gave you ~6 hp.

I was on 17x7 Advanti racing turismos which weigh 21 lbs. Compare those wheels to the stock SE wheels which are 19.6 lbs at 16x6.5 If I dynoed with the stock wheels, my hp numbers would have been a bit higher.

I think people should also start indicating which wheels (and weight if possible) they were on when running the dyno. It's definitely a variable which will make a difference.

And yeah, our tachs are damned inaccurate.

I actually dyno with 18x7.5. I don't think it matters as much though.
