Noises coming from both ends of the car. (Kidna long, sorry)

I have a 99SE that has developed different noises at both ends of the car.
In the front, Im pretty sure somthing is dragging in the brakes, there is a very high pitch constant squeek that goes away when you hit the brakes. That one dosent have me too concerned.

The noise coming from the back does. It usually takes awhile for it to start, but its a low frequency humming noise that when it gets bad enough, I can feel through the steering wheel. Im pretty sure that its coming from the passenger rear. When I saw at the wheel, it will come and go, and it will also come and go around corners when the weight of the car is off that wheel. But it is there when going straight down the road.

Im not sure if it related but Ive noticed that all 4 of my tires are wearing unevenly, they are wearing on the inside of the tire. Ive only had the car since July, and havent rotated the tires yet, but who knows if the previous owner did or not so I dont know if all four are really wearing unevenly or if 2 are and the tires were just rotated away from the problem. Any ideas about any of this?

you need to balance your tires. take it to a tireshop and have it done asap.

Ive had tires out of balance on other cars before, this isn't like that, that would shake the hell out of the whole car, this is a very low frequency hum, it dosent have a rythym to it at all, and unless its doing it very badly, you can't feel it at all in the car through the seats or wheel.

It started doing it after sitting all day at work while raining, and its done it ever since.

The noise you described coming from the front is probably your wear sensor on your front brake pads. It will squeal like a stuck pig when you don't touch the brakes, but will go away immediately with any braking pressure. I'd check your pads, and replace if worn before they wear too far and the rivets or backing plate starts cutting in your rotor. Then it would get more expensive with replacing a badly gouged rotor.

Don't know about your rear noise. Some suspension guru's might be able to help you out with that.

Unfortunately, I checked the pads on the wheel that is squeeking and its fine, I just changed the pads in August. Granted Ive put 15,000 miles on the car since then, but they still looked good. Ill check the other wheel and get some anti squeek stuff on there, but the rotors were perfect, no sign of anything dragging at all.

I also have a metal on metal sound coming from my from brake assembly. I pulled off the calipers and checked the pads. They are fine. I thought that a shim or the metal plate behind the rotor was rubbing. Then SLCI30 looked at my rotors and noticed that they are wearing funny. A lip has begun to develop on the edge of the rotor due to uneven wear. I may have to machine the rotor or replace it. I have 60K miles on stock rotors. I drive a 5 spd.

Ill have to look closer at my rotors, your situationand mine are about the same, I have 54000 miles on my car, its a 99 5spd, not that that should affect the brakes. But the noise coming from the rear of the car concerns me more.
