also what am i looking at as far as other parts to get this installed. ie gaskets studs and such. right now i have the usual bolt ons (intake,ypipe, exhaust). what kind of gains would i be looking at if i were to put these on? Also what would labor cost me? i plan on getting cams and ecu in the future.

 

heh...thats Engloid's stuff, I see him on here every now and then. shoot him a PM. I think you'd see the best gains with a nice mild cam(since you have GXE)...its a bare head, so you'll need a complete valvetrain as well(cams, lifters, valves, etc.). full install will be very pricey, unless you have a hookup or can DIY.

 

Those heads + cams would make a pretty nice gain up top. Depending on the cam grind you can get anywhere from 12-35hp gain at high rpm.
