i ordered my switch on monday, and it says 3-4 bussiness days for shhipping.... i still havent heard of anything form anyone from harlan i ordered from www.harlan-engineering.com

does anyone have a phone # for them or anything ...no response to my e-mails yet

I ordered a shift light from Harlan, it took three weeks to get to me. I sent multiple emails but no responce, and I couldn't get a hold of any phone number.

 

You won't get any type of response; many have tried. I think Harlan works off a JIT inventory system because sometimes the waits can be a few weeks. I can understand though because I don't think his volume is huge.

I never got a tracking # for any of the 3 Harlan products I own, so I wouldn't hold your breath. One day it'll just show up.
