I thought I would like to ask this interesting question and me, personally, I wash my max twice a month and wax once a month. I feel that it's important to keep my car looking clean. Am I the only one with this "strict" a cleaning schedule?? enlighten me please...

 

well on my 93SE I dont wash it at all...i mean there is no point now because its 4 colors and doesnt get driven but maybe one day a week if that much and it stays under the car port anyway. the other day I did wash the polen off of it though...now after it is painted then it will be a different story.

but on my 92GXE I wash it every Sunday if it is warm. I just did the 3 phase wax system from meguiars and it really brought out the beauty in the black paint.

 

Full wash one-two times a week. Interior whenever its dirty and wax/polish whenever it needs it.

 

Sadly once every couple months

 

i wash and wax my car about 2 times a week more if it is too dirty i wash my rims everytime they are dirty. i use the rainx wash and wax car wash stuff. its good because it lets the water bead up and slide off of your car instead of sticking to it. i put so much into my car i dont ever want it to look crappy

 

summer - once a week usually
fall/winter/early spring when im owned by school - twice a month at best

 

Once every weekend.

 

Spring/Sumer-once a week
Fall/Winter-On nice days...whenever I can find one...but this winter coming up...im gettin a winter beater...a cheap truck for around 300$ I can kick the **** outta

 

lol probably close to 3 times a week, and whenever I go somewhere and it has to be clean.

Isnt there a 6 week period you cant wash it?

 

more like every day Jason I was my car every Saturday or Sunday weather permitting.

 

basically wash mine whenever I have the time to do it. lately, I've been lucky to get at it every 3-4 weeks. now that weather is nice, I COULD wash it once a week, but there's not much point because it always rains on monday or tuesday. I'll knock the big chunks off every week or so, but that's about it.


when it turns into dry season where we only see rain once a month, I'll wash it every week- or when it gets dirty (since there's no rain to make it dirty!)
