I have a 92 GXE and need to tune it up. Does anybody have any good advice on brands of wires, plugs, etc...? Also, any good links on a step by step and other things to do during the tune-up?

NGK blue plug wires are supposely the best to get.. cost me about ~$90
You also need NGK plugs, BOSCH has some problems in our maxima's, but everyone recomends NGK (copper, v tip, even platinum, but you don't need platinum)

 

i have a gxe. i have ngk blue wires and ngk iridium plugs normal speed driving the best.I luv them they are great combo but if you do that get the cap and rotor while your there.go to Importedcarparts.com they have da wires for around $67 plugs $6 each cap $15, rotor $5.

Also which ngk spark plug are the best or reccomeded for normal driving?

 

yeah they are a great store i many things from them just get the "iridium" ngk normal driving the are about $6
