alarm led but how?

alarm led but how?

ok i want to put an alarm led or led scanner as a theft deterent but i am not good at wiring so i was wondering how to wire it so it only comes on when the car is off. any suggestions and or write ups links etc. on how to do this would be great. my car has the stock alarm if thats any help. Thanks in advance.

you mightbe able to get an led and a blicker relay and wire its ground to an ignition wire so that whenyou have the ignition on it loses ground but when the cars of it gets ground and blick like a blinkler

Usually, those Varad scanners are set up like that right out of the package. Buy one of those.

cool i think i will get one of those varad ones. now my question is do any of you guys know which wire is the ingnition wire or ground or what not ie its location and color if you do that would be fantastic.
