OK, Im an IT professional and order stuff online often. Am I like spoiled by my vendors or do these online aftermarket parts places just slack off? I ordered a measly 4lb package and its taking 2 weeks to get here. Whats the deal with this? Is this normal? I usualy get my computer parts within 2 days. Please tell me whats up.

 

Which site? Maybe they didn't have it in stock or maybe you went with Parcel Post? With the IRS deadline, the post office is pretty busy.

 

OK ur right about the IRS thing, it was some parts shop in CA and im on east coast. I just asked another buddy and he said 2 weeks is normal for ups ground he always asks for 2nd day. Now I know.

 

I think west - east coast shoudlnt take more than 7 business days. I guess depending on when you order something it could take up to a week and a half, due to weekends.
