Went to the track today and ran two 13.6's, 60's suck again:(

Myself and SCed infiniti with a 3.125 pulley went to the track. It was drizzly but cleared up. My first run

RT 1.113
60 2.323
330 6.41
1/8 9.018
MPH 84.59
1000 11.519'
1/4 13.644
MPH 105.89

on this run right as I pressed on the gas I know I heard the rev limiter taking my RPMs right at 6600 and at that precise moment I was pressing the clutch to shift. I dont know how did I timed it but it was hell of fast and had to shift into fourth way before hitting the clock. Next time Ill take the offer of them slicks Ramius offered me since in reality no one will steal my wheels or steal his.

2nd run
RT .426
60 2.374
330 6.129
1/8 9.669
MPH 85.55
1000 11.582
1/4 13.688
MPH 106.89

I ran a 13.8 a 2.5 60ft and still trapped 106.89MPH no traction what so ever but my tires didnt break out that bad. Then they had rocks on the track making me think I broke my car

Traction?...... yeah right

Hey man remember that camaro guy you ran. "yep that resistor advances my ignition 2 degress"

Sucks that I drove three hours to get three runs in the whole day. But I had a good time.

Just wanted to come to a better track, plus I thought that more maxima's would come out. Do you want those pics I took of your car? I'll e-mail them to you

Jay,

Put Dave B. behind the wheel with some slicks and I bet your car would hit high 12's with the power your making. Don't feel bad though, true enthusiasts would look at your MPH and know your car's potential.

Have you seen his dyno charts? He's making a nice amount of power.

If he could hit a 1.8 60ft on slicks, I could see him hitting a 12.9 on a good day.

Jay's a good driver. I watched him run in front of me and he was getting the shifts pretty damn good. I know he suprised that LS1. The track was also slippery today. He's def got low 13 high 12 in the near future

Who has the SC infiniti? Is it an I30?

It's all about practice, practice, practice.

Mad props to him and Neal, I am sure if I gave DaveB my keys and some slicks he will knock some seroius numbers off that 13.6. Hell he might throw that physics equation away and decide to get a alloy flywheel. My opinion boosted Maximas will benefit from an alloy flywheel. I am not too sure about NA maximas.

the LS1 one guy I beat him right as I passed the clock, but since he was in a different bracket he won in his bracket. He was very happy to see he didnt have to buy his way back in. That Camaro was **** fast for an auto. He started laughing since he thought he left me but caught up to him right at the end, he said ooooh god here he comes that was funny. Good person

the SCed infiniti was allgo.
