New Pics --- H&R Springs, 18" Wheels, and New Paint!

Hey guys,

This weekend has been a pretty big one for the Maxima. I got the car back from the body shop on Saturday. It was completely repainted due to a minor accident that I was involved in. I was also able to put my 18" Mille Miglia Evo5 Wheels on. This is also the first time I have pics of the H&R/AGX setup, which was installed a few weeks ago.

Here's a preview for you:

The rest of the pictures can be found on Page 4 of my CarDomain Page. I'm still waiting for the emblems to come in for the trunk, so it looks kinda bare right now. Also, the Stillen kit is getting installed on Wednesday. Let me know what you think.

Later,
-Nick

Not sure yet. My neighbor didn't get back to me with a price, and we're still waiting for the insurance check. I know he's gonna hook me up though!

What's wrong with switching wheels a lot? In three years of Maxima owning, I've had seven different sets of wheels

Sticking with my current 19s for awhile though.

Nick, why did you keep the same green color? If insurance was paying for a full repaint, I woulda switched it up...I hate my sage mist green color.

The insurance didn't pay for a full repaint. I have to pay for that out of my pocket. They only covered the passenger side and blending. My neighbor owns the shop, so I'm getting a good deal though.

I'm putting the original Nissan Hamburger logo and MAXIMA emblems back on the trunk because I don't like how plain it looks.

And yes, my friend with the red Explorer goes to Rutgers.

yea
i hate my sage mist green too

it looks nice in the shade.. but it looks too light and dull in the sun..

i would go with black if i can.. but repainting it in full would cost too damn much.

i bet nick did his the same color because it was the most affordable alternative..
a good color change is considerably more expensive.

btw,
car looks sick Nick.
can't wait to see it with the kit. but the drop kind of got me thinking.. It looks nice but i'm afraid it will not be low enough for me.

sweet! get an alignment after 2 weeks with H&R's. Drop should settle by then. Get a bunch of people to sit in your car too lol, that will make it settle faster!

I need my beast to be repainted, but yeah...too much money. I'm hoping I catch someone smacking their door into my car.

nod nod, I was under the assumption that insurance was paying for a full repaint and was wondering why he didn't just pay out of pocket for the rest of the color switch...but, it all makes sence to me now

The Maxima banner was a Christmas present, so I kinda was forced to put it on. It has grown on me, but it might end up coming off one day.

I love the ride with the H&R and KYB AGX. I had Sprints with KYB AGX before and these ride so much nicer. You can feel bumps more, but it was a big improvement over Sprints. The only thing is that the drop isn't as low, but I think it's low enough, especially since I'm putting the kit on soon.
