Court tomorrow...anything (except flames)?

I know I shouldnt have been speeding, but fact is I was. 52 in a 30 which I thought was a 35. Still way too fast, but does anything have anything for me? I fully intend to be a man about it and pay but I got my last ticket around a year ago...do I have any chance of traffic school?

Thanks,

Derek

i dont see why you would be declined traffic school. i got a ticket and then went to traffic school and then 6 months later got another for 30mph over the limit, and did an 8 hour session. or you could just request supervision, but thats kinda risky if your an avid speeder, get a ticket on supervision and say "bye bye license". i have some friends with lots of tickets one of them with 5 in a year and still has a license, another took him 9 tickets and his 9th was for drag racing and then he finally got it suspended for a couple years. It really just depends on the judge.

good luck

Well, it wasnt too bad, but I was denied traffic school. The fine for 52 in a 30 was $161 which is managable. I've learned my lesson to slow it down, at least until traffic school is available again...
