How long hve you had it in there? I would really like to replace my MTF with some quality synthetic fluid, however you always here good and bad.

For example there are people that swear by it, and then others that claim synthetic MTF ruined there tranny.

Synthetic Redline Tranny MT-90 is great. Makes the shifts a lot smoother and less notchy then before.

MT90

Took a few thousand to finally loosen up, but I can say 100% that after 5K miles my tranny has NEVER shifted as good as this with my STS.

My STS still isn't perfect, but that's the price I think you got to pay.

Anyone got a write-up on the VQ35? My oil comes in this week. If not, maybe I'll add it to the list of my write-ups.

MT-90 is for MANUAL TRANNYs.

They have something similar for AUTO trannys.

Look here:

I'm not positive, but you probably need the ATF. READ THE OWNERS' MANUAL or SEARCH! You can do that now, NO excuses.

Upper RIGHT corner of this page. Click "search" and you'll find LOTS of stuff.

Amsoil or Redline, which is better...I don't know.
