A full tank gets you how many miles?

But 400 might dry out my tank. Usually I get about 360 when I fill up at that point and there is about 2 and a half to 3 gallons left. So I calculated to about 400 or more.

I usually get 240-250 miles. 70% city and 30% highway. I'm a little disappointed with my mpg.

The most ive ever gotten was 18.95mpg in the city. That is 100% city driving and driving hard from time to time. I have been getting no more then 260 per fill up even though I use premium and YES the car is well maintained. If I drive hard I get about 230 miles per tank, my usuall fillups are anywere from 14.4-15.0 gallons. I havnt done too much highway driving but I got to LA on 1 tank be4 so that over 400.

The tank in the max can hold 18gallons. The gas light comes on apprx when 15gallons are used up. So even when the light comes on you still have 3gallons of reserve fuel to run on.
Studman, I have basically all the bolt ons for the 3.0 except for the UDP. A fuel managment system would help out true, but the reason I have stopped modding this car is due to the fact that I will soon purchase a 2K3 6spd and an currently saving $ to mod that car
and leaving this one alone for now. Im impatientley waiting to get my hands on the 6spd, that car I will turn into a 13sec N/A and I might, just maybe be interested in a NX 150shot just to stir things up a bit. Its just a waiting game for now but ill eventually get the car.
That car will definetly get a S-AFCII as well as a wideband o2 to perfecty monitor A/F ratios.

Does 300 sound somewhat normal? This is from full to completly empty.

Either one should work just fine and with a properly tuned A/F ratio, the 3.5 should yeild a few more fwhp in N/A form but with juice the gains might be well over 20+ whp. I found a few others a week or two ago but didnt save the sites.
If you have a few links to some that might be better, feel free to post em.

I get 480 miles to a tank. Roughly 98% Highway between 70-80mph. 2k2 Auto.
It's nice to do all highway driving again. Back when i still did mostly city i was lucky to get 240 miles to a tank.

The best numbers came when i went on a trip to the NE states. I got an average of 540 miles to a tank on that trip
And this is all calculated the traditional way, the trip computer is a tad bit off.

Is my fuel tank smaller than yours? Cuz mine will only fill up 14.5-15 gallons. I have 2002 SE.
