1991 Cam Profile
1991 Cam Profile
Anyone know the Stock cam profile on a 91 GXE Federal Emmisions Maxima. I'm getting ready to grind the cams before I put the engine in my 200sx, and I want to know what the stock profile is.

Well I'm looking at Motorsport Auto's Stage 1 cam Lift(In/Ex): .420/.420. Duration(In/Ex): 260/260. Mostly looking to that as a reference point. I want something to increase low end torque, but not hurt the top end.
sweet!! great choice...good power and you can still use the stock valvetrain. I was about to order those for my spare VG30E I had lying around in a buddies shop. from the VG cam dynos(ie- JWT) I've seen, there is no way to avoid a little low-end loss, but the gains on the top-end far outweight the minor loss in low end! but the MSA 260 grind should give your VG some nice power.
