Best Prices for AGX's - Urgent!

I have a 95" Maxima, and I want AGX struts. Where do I go to find the best price? I've been looking everywhere and the best price I've heard so far was $320 but they did not list where the got them from. Does anyone know where I can get this price or cheaper. CustomMaxima.com want $380 and they recommend the progressive springs they sell for $160. I dont want my pants pulled down, so can someone please help! I need to get this by the weekend as my new clutch and short shifter are scheduled to go in.

They also recommend the Rear sway bar, for $110 is this a good investment. Please help. If I could use the search feature this would be much easier but as I cannot I am asking,

thanks!

Re: Maxima Modifications

Another note : I ordered my Eibach Prokit Springs 2 weeks ago from coximports ...still no sign of them !!

In this amount of time I could have made them myself out of an old box spring mattress and a welding torch ..and had them installed by an ape that commutes back and forth to UCLA. I will not be using them again. Because of this, I went with Cattman Performance for the kyb's 390 total for me and they will give you a deal on the boots if you need them.

good luck... meanwhile im still waiting

sorry to here that dude. I will definetly avoid them!

I am really tring to stay at the 300-320 range, as I am having everything installed at the same time and the labor is going to add up. As I want to have the clutch, short shifter, Springs and Struts done at the same time. I was also considering having the timing belt replaced.

I bought my AGXs from FCP Groton for $340 (May 2002). Contact there was Nick Bauer who's very professional. Here's the contact info:

tel: (860) 445-7340
FCP Groton LLC
734 Poquinnock Rd.
Groton, CT, 06340

I went with them vs. some other place with a cheaper price b/c they had AGXs in stock. He used Fedex which is great as the package is insured and trackable via the net.

called thepartsbin.com - They wanted over $500 for the AGX's!

Checked ebay - there is only one setup of AGX (for Maxima) Buy it now is $400plus shipping!

Warned off of coximports.com - I actually want struts not the run around!

Called FCP Groton but they close at 5PM as long as I can still get them for $340 I will bite the bullet and go for it unless anyone else has a recommendation?

I agree, my experience with them was great and they had the best price being that they were in stock and arrived in about 4 days.

I had great service with Nick Bauer as well, when I purchased my GR2s. I asked for Fedex shipping, instead of UPS ground, and he tried but couldn't do it, so he shipped USPS priority (which cost him $62!!)
I highly recommend dealing with FCP Groton.

Timing belt

Just to let you know maxima's dont have a timing belt, they have a timing chain which does not need to be replaced, ever.
