i have a ? about wheels, my brother bought a 2002 wrx and the tires on the car are kinda close to bald, and the dealer that he bought it from is giving him crap so what im wondering is will 2002 wrx rims fit on a 2000 maxima? i figure if they do i can burn them out so he will fail inspection then the dealer will have to replace the tires as per the contract we signed

i dont see how this if fraud if he is selling a car with god damn bald tires if anything that is fraud by the dealer how could they sell a car with bald tires? thanks for your concern already checked it out they wont fit
