no offense, but that huge gauge pod thing really kills the entire clean theme of your car you have going.. it's like you have this clean exterior and engine bay and then BAM, this big *** gauge pod. why?

Ya it came out a little larger than I had planned. But I wanted to keep the clock and also did not want to have them on the A-pillar (that is a dead give away that you have nos or boost). If I decide to put in a aftermarket sterio (with clock) then I would cut it down to fit just the gauges.

Thanks for the input anyways, it is always helpful.

i like the cluster idea.. very original, and it fits perfect like that on the 5th gen dash. Maybe angle the gauges toward the driver side like the 350z

btw what did you make it with?

I made the molds out of wood then made the pod out of fiberglass. The front is temporarly made out of ABS plastic, I am in the process of making theat out of fiberglass with the gauges angled towards the driver and then I will paint it to match the a/c vents below.

So do you have a new motor in the car Gabe, or is it the blown vqpower.com MOM? Just kidding. But seriously, did you get a new motor in yet?
