System Help

Ok, installed an amp with the factor radio by taping in to the rear speaker and using the High input to provide a signal. The problem is the sub sound weak! I have the amp turned up like 95% and it doesn’t hit hard at all….now this is the same amp and same subs that I had in my 96. I thinking it’s the OEM radio that the bad link. I’m I correct? I changed the OEM speaker’s front and back and they sound fine without an amp. But the subs sound like crap. I need help here, do I have to get an aftermarket radio (I didn’t want to change) or can I go another route? Thanks

BUMP!!

I'm interested in knowing also. I'm seeing similar issues, but more with the type of bass. I cannot get any hard hitting bass, only the deep rumble type.
