Painting Mudflaps

Anyone painted theirs superblack? What is the process (Is there a writeup?) and what type of paint did you use? Thanks.

Someone (on the Org) did paint them superblack because bodyshops had quoted him $50-$75 to paint all four....I remember him posting that he:
1. Lightly Sanded them with a Superfine Sponge Sheet by 3M
2. Sprayed them with Plastic Primer
3. Color Matched them with a High Gloss spray paint (Black)
4. added 2 coats of Clear Coat.

I don't remember his sig. Good Luck.

That process sounds right to me.
