I also have put my gauges and my nitrous switchs in the glove box kinda secret like so no one can see them by just looking into the car quick. Brian

I made one for my Volvo back in the day. I used some translucent black plexiglass, cut and sanded to shape. Turned out awesome. Just have to be patient. I made a flat panel style mount. For a pod like exterior mounting (exterior as in exterior to the dash, sticks out) if you are good with foam and fibreglass, use the foam to create the shape you want, lay the fibreglass, then sand, and paint. That would be totally trick, and very show car. Needs a LOT of work though.

BTW, hot girlfriend you lucky devil. A modded max, and a hot girlfriend, could life get any better?

Fibre glass is actually very easy to work with. Just get some foam, and some mold release, or tin foil. Make the mold 5% bigger than you want it. This is because you'll need to sand the surface smooth, as well as most fibreglass shrinking slightly. Then just use some body filler to get the surface smooth, and then paint. Trust me, if you take your time, it'll look pimp.

It's very easy to do. I've made and sold intakes made with fibreglass.
