I have a Image Dynamics IDQ 12" in a 1 cu ft box..

It seems like the back of the trunk is slightly elevated, making the surface uneven.. the box is therefore not sitting flat to the trunk liner..

How can i put this thing down to make it more snug and tight, not allowing it to move? bolt it down somehow? any ideas?

L brackets. Or bolt down a piece of wood behind the enclosure. The easiest way is to put a flat piece of wood under the carpet with at least a few screws holding it down. Then screw through the carpet into the wood to hold your L-brackets in place.
