Bumper Lights Question

I was taking a look at craig's page and the before and after pictures of the lights rewiring both show the bottom bumper lights on and that got me thinking that lights on, low or high beam my bumper lights don't turn on. They only function as hazard lights, anyway I can make them be apart of the regular lights, low and high beam? Would utilizing one of craig's lighting methods fix my problem?
