Who has Custom Kick Panels?

I want to see some pics of kick panels. What size speakers? I might consider getting some made during the summer when I have some $$$.

Thanks in advance

Sorry everyone that wanted to see pics. I realized long after I posted that the pics are on a defunct memory stick. New kicks are in the works. So if I get around to kicking them out I will have new pics. Sorry about the mistake. Maybe waydemax has some pics of his kicks? But he is takeing exams now, so give him a break.

I have a new set of Q Logic that I did not install, they are black, i paid $149 but now I am thinking of making my own with fiberglass. I will sell them to you for what I paid for them, if you are interested?

Didn't realize you had a 4th Gen, Q-Logic does make a set for the 5th Gen.

Q-logic has made them for the 4th gen for many years. But they are made with about $1 in materials and no money in research for proper driver aiming. Pre-fab kicks are a waste of money because every mid - tweet - crossover set needs custom aiming for the vehicle and driver.

The Qlogic ones look alright, 140 on sounddomain brand new. They cover the dead pedal though and that's no good when you have a fly Z pedal there I'd think

Kicks are not supposed to look good. Looks and sound are completely different. If you want good looks, get a civic and some rice. Kicks need to be properly aimed for the driver of the car. Not for some vinyl tech at a Q-logic factory. The dead pedal must go. It's a waste of space and mass anyway with no benefit to humankind.

Bottom edge of the kick works the same as a dead pedal. But I never minded not having the pedal.

Corey, you really do want your tweet in the kick. You really don't want a stage that is seperated by 5, 10, 15, 20 inches between mid and tweet.

I like the dead pedal a lot, not just that, but there's not a whole lot of room for the left foot as is, especially in an auto. Anyway, it's good to see that some company at least is making something for us, better something than nothing.

Nothing is the better option if they are not properly aimed for the speakers, crossovers and the person in the drivers seat. Especially when they need to me modded just to be structurally sound.

or you could get a deck or processor with digital time alignment. I can't tell you how much that makes a difference. I have mine aimed correctly for the drivers head (MINE) and with the p1r I can set it to the passenger or front middle, it is really noticable.

my only problem with moving my tweet is that i have a tweet in the door so i guess i would leave the grill there but will have no speaker there. I will be doing a three way setup 8" in the door 6 in the kick
