Ok, I've seen people ask this question before but haven't really understood the replies. I've got Tein springs and tokico struts. Will I need a camber kit like this?http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...k=yes&dept=270

Or just camber bolts? If I only need camber bolts, where can I find these suckers? I've searched every store I know online with no luck. All I found was this camber kit. Let me know guys, and thanks for your help.

The picture that you gave a link for are camber bolts. That looks like a high quality set. A camber kit/camber bolts are the same thing. If you lower more than 2+", camber plates are recommended.

It will help set the front end alignment position of the tire to ground side to side (camber /\) so the tires do not get over worn on the inside or outside of the tread. It seems like a lot of $$$ for just bolts, but it will allow your tires to last as long pre-lowering. Since the Max has a solid rear axle, the rear end cannot be aligned.

I put camber bolts on my 94 altima when I got the Eibach/KYB GR2 setup over 2 years ago. I have 25K on the tires and do not see unusual wear.

Hope that helps.

Actually save your money. I dropped my older maxima and just did my 03. Camber kit was completely unnecessary. Just make sure you align it though as the toe gets completely off when you change the ride height. You can even make your own camber kit by elongating the holes on the strut if you really feel you need to but you really don't have to. I never had any abnormal wear even at almost 2 inches drop.
