Personally I would rather sacrifice a few horsepower over looks by NOT using those spacers. But I suppose with a car that is boosting and producing a lot of heat under the hood these might become useful.

I had a 76 Honda civic that the hood opened backwards that I could pop the hood and it would flutter up and drop the temp on the car. I looked kinda funny but worked.

No, I am not going to do that to my Max

There is alot of peopole in Japan actually using these spacers. And you all know anything JDM is cool. But it is a functional mod and i will bet this will catch on and you will start to see more of this.

but is it somwthing you REALLY have to pay someone for or is this like selling the instructions for flip-flop trunk and putting gas in your car...?

now come on really some things would require a bit of thought prior to breaking open the old piggy bank...
